DESCRIPTION This course provides a general overview of the safety measures required when working on scaffolding. The course begins with an introduction into the various types of scaffolding, and goes onto outline the OSHA safety requirements and safety measure that can be taken to ensure that employees working on scaffolds are at little risk of injury or death. Topics include installation, supported and suspended scaffolding, aerial lifts, dismantling and the interpretation of related standards. This course covers the topics included in OSHA 29 CFR 1926.450 Subpart L.

Testing
