LEARNING OBJECTIVES: œ Understand what OSHA does œ Recognize who the instruction is targeted at œ Understand how guidance is provided for General Safety and Health Provisions, Safety Training and Education, First Aid and Medical Attention, and Record-keeping Requirements œ Understand how the Employer’s Safety And Health Program must be structured TOPICS COVERED: œ Contractor Requirements œ Safety Training and Education œ First aid and Medical Attention œ Employer's Safety and Health Program œ Partial Exemption œ New Covered Industries œ New Partially Exempted Industries œ Size Exemption œ Industry Exemption œ General Recording Criteria œ Access to Employee Exposure and Medical Records œ Analyses Using Exposure or Medical Records TESTING: Quizzes - All quizzes must be passed with a 100% to proceed forward to the next lesson. Final Exam- Final Exam must be passed with a 70% to pass the course. The final exam can be taken three times if necessary.
