DESCRIPTION
This two-module course teaches the theory and practice of Short-Interval Planning (SIP). Module 1 locates and discusses the importance of SIP in the overall process of project management. Module 2 discusses the importance of Short-Interval Production (Planning) Scheduling (SIPS) and teaches students how to create that schedule.
Allow around two hours for completion.
