DESCRIPTION
ConsensusDOCS is powered by DocuBuilder® software. This subscription package includes the Construction Management and Program Management series of documents. The Construction Management series includes agreements for construction management at risk relationships (ConsensusDOCS 500, and 510). There is also a Construction Manager change order form (525). The Program Management Series includes five documents, the ConsensusDOCS 800, 801, 802, 803, and the 810. The ConsensusDOCS 800 represents an agreement and general conditions between an owner and program manager. The ConsensusDOCS 800 provides a scope of services for the parties to assign duties, and the program manager can be seen as replacing the owner's facilities staff. The ConsensusDOCS 810 is an agreement between an owner and an owner's representative, who is a person or an entity acting as an independent contractor and serves as an owner's authorized representative for a specific project. The ConsensusDOCS 801, 802, and 803 are agency agreements for construction management. Includes ConsensusDOCS 812 and 813 a trade contract interim directed change and trade contract change order. The ConsensusDOCS 814 and 815 are available as well, certificate of substantial completion of trade contract work and certificate of final completion of trade contract work. Also includes the new BIM Addendum and Green Addendum. The set also includes an equipment lease and guidelines for obtaining owner financial information and questionnaire. This series includes 29 documents including ConsensusDOCS: 500, 510, 525, 800, 801, 802, 803, 810, 812, 813, 814, 815, 200.1, 200.1A, 200.2, 202, 203, 204, 260, 261, 262, 263, 270, 280, 281, 290, 290.1, 301 and 310, and 907.
