ConsensusDOCS is powered by DocuBuilder® software. This subscription package includes a comprehensive series of design-build documents including agreements between the owner and design-builder on a lump sum and a cost plus and guaranteed maximum price basis along with agreements between design-builder and other entities comprising the design-build team, such as the architect/engineers and subcontractors. The Design-Build series also includes a complete and coordinated set of administrative support forms including payments and performance bonds, applications for payment, change order forms, and a qualification statement. Also includes the new certificate of substantial completion for design-build work and certificate of final completion for design-build work. As well as, an equipment lease and guidelines for obtaining owner financial information and questionnaire. Also includes the new BIM Addendum and Green Addendum.
