DESCRIPTION

The AGC Supervisory Training Program (STP) is designed to meet the specific needs of the early-career construction supervisor. Unit 8: Managing the Project-The Supervisor's Role, 7th Edition, describes the value of effective supervision of workers to improve the supervisor's ability effectively manage the project.

Unit 8 covers: understanding project delivery systems, understanding and managing risk, managing methods and materials, understanding finances, and much more.

This Participant's Manual, designed as a workbook for students to follow along with the course and use as a reference guide, leads participants through course discussions and activities.
