DESCRIPTION

The AGC Supervisory Training Program (STP) is designed to meet the specific needs of the early-career construction supervisor. Unit 7: Accident Prevention and Loss Control, 7th Edition, describes the value of effective supervision of workers to improve the supervisor's ability prevent accidents and control loss.

Unit 7 covers: safety leadership, communication and expectations, site safety management, multi-employer jobsite safety, safety and human resources, and much more.

This Participant's Manual, designed as a workbook for students to follow along with the course and use as a reference guide, leads participants through course discussions and activities.
