DESCRIPTION

The AGC Supervisory Training Program (STP) is designed to meet the specific needs of the early-career construction supervisor. Unit 5: Planning and Scheduling, 5th Edition, describes the value of effective supervision of workers to improve the supervisor's ability plan and schedule in a manner which saves money-and increases quality.

Unit 5 covers: preparing the project plan, the critical path, communicating the project plan, using the schedule on the jobsite, and much more.

This Participant's Manual, designed as a workbook for students to follow along with the course and use as a reference guide, leads participants through course discussions and activities.
