DESCRIPTION

The AGC Supervisory Training Program (STP) is designed to meet the specific needs of the early-career construction supervisor. Unit 4: Contract Documents and Construction Law, 6th Edition, describes the value of effective supervision of workers to improve the supervisor's ability understand how the contract and contract process affect their role.

Unit 4 covers: an introduction to contract documents and construction law, creating a positive environment through partnering, contract forms and documents, good documentation practices, and much more.

This Participant's Manual, designed as a workbook for students to follow along with the course and use as a reference guide, leads participants through course discussions and activities.
